What a fantastic night at Boldmere St Michaels on Friday as we celebrated our President, former manager and player, Alan Parsons, with a very special ‘An Evening with The President’.

We were delighted to welcome Tom Ross back to the club to host a brilliant Q&A with Alan, looking back over his illustrious career as a legendary non-league player, representing some of the biggest clubs in the non-league game.

There were plenty of stories, memories and more than a few laughs along the way, with Alan keeping the room entertained throughout!

Tom summed the evening up perfectly:

“What a night at my old club Boldmere St Michaels, honouring the President and former manager and player Alan Parsons at a laugh-a-minute Presidents Night. It was a pleasure and privilege to host a Q&A with him about his illustrious career — he had the audience laughing non-stop.”

A huge thank you to Tom Ross for hosting, to everyone who joined us, to Alan Parsons for sharing so many fantastic memories from a remarkable career, and most importantly to Dave Tipper and Andy Simpson for organising such a memorable evening at The Mikes!

A brilliant evening celebrating a true Mikes legend. 💙⚽️
